Dear Kealia Kai Home/Lot Owners,

We are quickly approaching the 2020 Owners Annual Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2020. This year the process will be somewhat different compared to the years past. Due to Covid-19 rules and regulations, indoor gatherings are limited. We typically encourage all Kealia Kai lot/home owners to attend the meeting in person; however, this year it is advisable to attend via Zoom. Owners may listen in during the formal meeting. Speaking and voting via phone or other means are not allowed. Owners may speak during the Owners Forum session only.

You will soon receive the formal annual meeting package. Please take a moment to review and complete the proxy form (2 pgs) enclosed and return it to Alina Kuznetsova at Associa Hawaii at your earliest convenience.
