A Special Board Meeting of the "Uninterested or Non-conflicted" Board Members of KKHOA is scheduled to be held (with a limited agenda) with the HOA legal counsel on May 23, 2018 at 9:00 am HST in reference to the lot 18A dispute.

Due to the sensitive legal nature of the subject matter to be discussed, there will be no forum, discussions, or owner participation at this meeting.
