Dear Kealia Kai Neighbors,

It is my pleasure to inform you that our annual meeting last week was a success on many counts and as a result we have a newly elected Board. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your participation, trust, votes, and proxies. It took teamwork and the outcome reflected the success of the efforts.  Within the next week or two, you will be in receipt of a formal letter from me (on behalf of the new Board) with more information for your review. Also, as you may have heard, we have a new neighbor, Mr. Frank Vandersloot and his team. Frank is the new Declarant as well. We welcome them into our community and look forward to working with them to bring about positive changes at Kealia Kai and make our beautiful subdivision even more perfect.                                                              Thank you.
