Nice web page but I did not find any location map. A map or link to google maps would a great addition to help locating properties or lots available for sale.

We just joined the association and are at the very beginning of developing a home design for Lot 9. We have contacted a local architect and plan a visit to Kauai during April to start the process. Your offer to provide building tips caught our attention and anything you have to offer would be much appreciated.

Good morning, Adrian. Thank you so much for sending a recap of the recent HOA meeting to us. Your house is absolutely beautiful! It looks amazing driving down from the North. We saw it being built in March and really loved it. I'm interested in knowing who your architect and contractor are. Really lovely design.
We finally closed the sale of our company two weeks ago and are looking forward to finishing our designs and starting to build. Do you have any tips for us - for example, any issues with permits from the County?

It's wonderful to hear from you. I am glad more of Kealia Kai lot owners are getting involved with their plans to build/live in our beautiful subdivision. I am also glad more lot owners are visiting this website for updates and staying in touch with each other. It's been my pleasure to start the site.
My husband, Jerry and I own lots 12A and 12C. We have started building our home on lot 12A. It's the big home on the right side of Kapoli Street as you enter the subdivision and face south. It's not finished yet, but we're doing our best.
I am really excited to have more of our Kealia Kai neighbors getting actively involved in the HOA.

We're in due diligence to sell our company in two weeks and hope to build over the next year. We're looking forward to living in Kealia Kai and getting involved in the HOA. Which lot is yours, and have you built already? We were there in March and saw several new houses in progress, which is good to see.
